Auxiliary contact: auxiliary contact is the contact connected on the main circuit of the circuit breaker.
It is mainly used to display the opening and closing state of the circuit breaker. It is connected to the control circuit of the circuit breaker through the opening and closing of the circuit breaker to control or interlock the relevant electrical appliances. For example, output signals to signal lights, relays, etc. The rated current of 100A is the single breakpoint conversion contact, 225A and above is the bridge contact structure, and the agreed heating current is 3A; The rated current of the shell frame grade is 400A and above, it can be installed with two normally open and two normally closed, and the agreed heating current is 6A. The number of operating performance is the same as the total number of operating performance of the circuit breaker.
Alarm contact: Used for circuit breaker accident alarm contacts, and the contact only when the circuit breaker points break off, is mainly used for load circuit breaker overload short circuit or under voltage and failures, and sometimes free trip, alarm contacts from the original into a normally open position close position, through to auxiliary line indicator or bell, buzzer, etc., in the display or remind the fault tripping circuit breaker status.
The life of the alarm contact is 1/10 of the life of the circuit breaker because the circuit breaker is not free to trip due to load failure. The operating current of alarm contact generally does not exceed 1A.
